White Star Limo uses SMS solely for one-to-one customer-care and transactional communications related to transportation inquiries and reservations.

During an inbound telephone call, a White Star representative or the White Star Concierge asks the customer:

“Would you like White Star Limo to send service-related text messages about this transportation inquiry or reservation to the mobile number you provided? Messages will come from +1 561-475-1181. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms are available at whitestarlimo.ca.”‍ ‍

The customer must clearly agree and confirm the mobile number before any SMS is sent. If the customer declines, no text message is sent.
